On behalf of Snåsa municipality in Trøndelag, we are seeking three nurses for permanent positions within the municipality's health and care services.
Here you will have a varied and meaningful work day with patient follow-up both within home care and at institutions. About the Position
As a nurse, you will have a varied work day where you meet patients with different needs within home care and at institutions.
Typical work tasks include:
Daily care and nursing responsibilities for patients within home care and/or institutions
Observation, assessment, and documentation of patients' health status
Medication management and treatment according to applicable guidelines
Collaboration with other care staff, family members, and interdisciplinary teams
Contribute to quality improvement and enhancement of local routines and care processes
The position involves shift work with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You will have significant professional responsibility and work both independently and in close collaboration with other professional groups. The focus is on providing safe and high-quality services to patients while valuing a good work environment characterized by cooperation, well-being, and good spirits.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is professionally committed, responsible, and enjoys working both independently and with others.
Norwegian nursing license, preferably with relevant further education
Good knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written
Driver's license class B
Professional commitment and sense of responsibility
Good collaboration skills and flexibility
Experience from elder care, home care, or rehabilitation is a plus
Police certificate and necessary health documents must be presented upon employment

Life in Snåsa
Snåsa is located in the northern part of Trøndelag, along E6 and the Nordlandsbanen railway, approximately 50 minutes from Steinkjer.
