Centrally located near Årstaberg station is Sjöviksskolan, a modern grades F-9 school. The school's facilities were completed in 2020 and are designed with a special focus on creating creative learning environments with a strong sense of security. This is evident through the absence of corridors, the separation of older and younger students into different spaces, and the prominent role of art in the facilities.

Your Role
As an IT Pedagogue with us, you have a central role in the school's digital development work. Your tasks are varied, diverse, and sometimes challenging. You support educators in integrating digital tools into teaching and help raise students' digital competence. You are also responsible for local IT support and the administration of both hardware and services. As part of Sjöviksskolan's office, you are an important part of our shared mission to provide service to the school's educational activities. The office consists of seven people in different professions. We are an ambitious group with high expectations of each other.
Your Responsibilities:
• Guide and train staff in the pedagogical use of digital tools
• Participate in pedagogical development work
• Lead the school's work with digitalization and strategic IT issues
• Collaborate with the school's office on shared administrative matters
• Manage the school's fleet of digital devices, handling and support of these
• Provide support to staff and students on IT issues
Your Competence and Experience
We are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has a pedagogical university degree or equivalent relevant education
• Has experience in teaching and pedagogical leadership
• Has good knowledge of IT and digital learning tools
• Is communicative, structured, and has good collaboration skills
• Is solution-oriented and has an ability to build good relationships with colleagues and students
• Has a good ability to express yourself and be understood in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has an interest in school development and digitalization
It is an Advantage if You Have
• Experience with Stockholm City's digital platforms and working methods.
• Previously worked as an IT Pedagogue or IT Coordinator.
• Experience working with scheduling.
