About the Position As a seaman in Stockholm, you work aboard handling navigation, watch duties, maintenance, and maritime safety. You contribute to safe operations, manage loading and mooring, perform routine inspections and minor repairs, and comply with STCW requirements and safety procedures. What You Will Do Assist with navigation and watch duties aboard Perform loading, unloading, and mooring safely and efficiently Conduct routine inspections and perform minor repairs Follow and maintain STCW requirements and maritime safety procedures Participate in safety drills and report deviations Collaborate with deck and engine crew to ensure operations Maintain deck equipment and keep the workplace organized What You Bring Valid STCW certificate and maritime medical certificate (or equivalent) Relevant experience working at sea and familiarity with shift work and extended voyages You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed — salary and employment type are shaped in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, goals, and the best match.
