Invite is growing globally and is looking for an engaged and service-oriented colleague to work primarily full-time with customer management and support for new and existing customers.
About Invite
Invite is an exciting company with ambitious growth plans. We have offices in Oslo and Lund with customers around the world. Our product portfolio includes Cup Manager and Superinvite, among others.
Cup Manager is used by over a thousand sports tournaments in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and around the world to manage everything from registrations to match schedules and results. Superinvite is a leading solution in Norway for collecting fees for training and football camps.
About Support at Invite
We have very high ambitions when it comes to our support. We don't just answer questions from a script—we also have an advisory role for our customers. It's about understanding the customer's wishes and needs, and converting that into an appropriate system configuration, or recommending a good work process. We know most of our customers by name, and we believe that good relationships lead to trust and good business. We are a small team that gets along very well together; for us, it's important to grow with the right colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support via phone, chat, and email.
Hold scheduled video meetings with customers for in-depth advice, problem-solving, and training, such as when scheduling tournaments.
Hold video meetings with potential customers to sell and demonstrate the systems.
Actively follow up on tournaments during their lifecycle—registration, match schedule, execution, for example.
We are Looking for Someone Who Is
Independent, organized, thorough, and engaged. You are service-minded and have the ability to put yourself in the customer's situation. You are a good communicator who can get your message across effectively and be understood by the recipient. You are curious and have a desire to constantly develop.
You believe, just as we do, that strength lies in the details, and you have the ability and willingness to go that extra mile in every customer interaction. You are good at capturing, documenting, and structuring the feedback you receive in your contact with customers.
We work with freedom under responsibility, so you should be comfortable making your own decisions and taking your own initiatives in your workday.
To be a good fit with us, we believe you

Take your own initiatives to develop and learn more.
Have experience in sales, as we give demonstrations of the programs to new customers.
Enjoy meeting our customers at our annual conference in Lund; perhaps you also have event planning experience and want to be part of conference planning.
