About the Role As Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and monitoring our customer's operations. You drive daily work forward with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with both the customer, employees, and internal functions. You are responsible for: Operational and strategic management of the business Personnel management, including supervision, development, and work environment Budget, results, and follow-up Ensuring delivery according to contract and Sodexo's quality standards Customer relations and business development Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a confident leader with a strong business focus and the ability to engage and develop teams. You have: Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility Experience from service operations, FM, or similar (meriting) Good financial understanding and experience working toward budgets Ability to build long-term customer relationships Good knowledge of Swedish and English As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong drive.
