As a hourly employee, you will be introduced to both our units, Intake and Motivation, and you will gain an overall picture of the work as a treatment pedagogue, which can lead to longer-term temporary or holiday positions. Since our hourly temporary employees are prepared to work on both units and cover all shifts, you will also be introduced to the possibility of working nights. We are in continuous need of hourly temporary employees. Our working hours: 07:00-15:30 09:00-17:30 13:00-21:30 21:05-07:15 (awake night shift) The goal of your assignment is to motivate our clients toward new and less risky ways of living. You ensure that the unit's routines function as they should and play a significant role in providing stability and security for our clients. You support clients in daily life through individual conversations, hygiene, cleaning, and activities. Furthermore, documentation is an important work task. Together with your team of engaged colleagues, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The work is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied. For your work role, the following competency requirements apply: Treatment Pedagogue Degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or vocational college (KY/YH) with a focus on social/pedagogical treatment work or a degree from a university that we consider equivalent. Good Swedish in speech and writing. Valid category B driver's license. Access to a car. It is an advantage if you have experience working in substance abuse care and/or nursing.
