Swimming Instructor needed in Malmö & Helsingborg – we'll train you!
Trampoolin Simskolor is looking for more enthusiastic swimming instructors for our facilities in Malmö and Helsingborg. We're hiring immediately!
Do you enjoy working with people and love being in the water? Then this could be the job for you.
We're looking for both experienced swim school, baby swim, or water activity instructors – and those who have never worked as a swimming instructor before. If you have the right personality and enjoy working with children, we can train you to become a swimming instructor with us.
A job you can combine with other commitments
We have activities on weekdays during the day, evenings, and weekends, making this job perfect to combine with, for example, studies or another job.
You don't need to be available for all shifts. With us, you can work:
1–4 days per week
approximately 2–5 hours per session
weekdays during the day, evenings, and/or weekends
Together, we'll find an arrangement that works for both you and our organization.
What would you like to teach?
At Trampoolin, we have groups for many different ages and levels:
Baby Swim • Children's Swim School • Adult Swim School • Beginner Swimming • Technique Groups
If you want to train and work with several different types of groups, that's great – but it's not a requirement. For example, you can choose to focus primarily on baby swim or only children's swim school.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you're a positive, confident, responsible person who is great at connecting with people.
Experience working with children is a plus, for example from preschool, school, sports, leadership activities, or similar – but it's not a requirement.
You also don't need to be a trained swimming instructor already. We train the right people.
What matters most to us is that you enjoy teaching, can create a sense of security, and want to give our participants a truly great experience in the water.
About Trampoolin
Trampoolin Simskolor offers swimming activities for both children and adults – from the very first moments in the water through swim school and further technique development.
With us, learning to swim should be safe, fun, and developmental.
Location: Malmö and Helsingborg
Scope: 1–4 days/week, approximately 2–5 hours/session
Working hours: Weekdays during the day, evenings, and weekends
Start: Immediately
