JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our team, you will work in a varied and service-oriented role where safety, customer service, and responsibility are in focus. Your main duties include:
• Ensure safety in swimming, sauna, and pool areas and maintain order and comfort in the facility.
• Perform lifesaving measures and act quickly and professionally in incidents or emergency situations.
• Provide good service to our visitors through work at reception, cashier, and information desk.
• Handle cleaning and maintenance of common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Take water samples and monitor water quality according to applicable procedures and requirements.
• Participate in planning and implementing activities such as swimming lessons, water aerobics, and other events.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and be a good representative for the operation in interactions with our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is responsible, service-oriented, and enjoys working with people in an active environment. For this position, we see that you have:
Previous experience working in a swimming pool is a merit but not a requirement.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Type of employment: Permanent position.
Duration, start date: According to agreement.
Working hours: Schedule. Day/evening/weekend
The position will be filled provided that required decisions are made.
