We're seeking a day shift operator with the opportunity to transition to shift work over time. As a shift operator, your employment always begins with day shifts so you can learn the factory and its departments. You'll perform practical work tasks using established routines and instructions, and your daily work will also include administrative tasks and process monitoring via control systems. In your future role as Process Operator, you will Work with production and loading and unloading of chemicals at our production facility Plan and coordinate work tasks within the scope of your position Conduct rounds and contribute to preventive maintenance Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned production areas Prepare the facility for maintenance shutdowns through cleaning and decommissioning of process equipment Work in accordance with applicable instructions, procedures, and safety regulations Administer production-related activities in various systems, such as control systems, SAP, and Office applications We believe you have Completed high school education, preferably in science/technology or equivalent Good computer skills Good Swedish and English, spoken and written Driver's license category B It's great if you have Education in process technology or equivalent experience Experience with LEAN We believe you are Someone who works methodically and focused, stays calm under pressure, and contributes to a safe work environment. You collaborate without ego and build good relationships, while taking own initiative and driving your work forward with high quality.
