We are seeking an engaged and solution-oriented Shift Leader who wants to combine operational restaurant work with team leadership and greater responsibility in daily operations. About the Role You work operationally in the restaurant and lead the team during your shifts. You create structure, distribute work, and ensure that together we deliver high-quality service to our guests. As Shift Leader, you are also responsible for solving short-term staffing needs in cases of illness and other vacancies. You work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager, who is the responsible head of the department. This role does not include personnel management responsibility. Your responsibilities include: Leading and delegating work during your shift Working operationally alongside the team Ensuring high quality in service and guest interactions Solving short-term vacancies and adjusting staffing Supporting and onboarding staff members Activelyworking on sales and guest satisfaction Handling ongoing beverage orders and participating in inventory Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with restaurant experience, ideally with previous experience as a Shift Leader, Head Waiter, or in another supervisory role. You may also have worked several years in restaurants and feel ready to take the next step and assume greater responsibility in daily operations. We believe you: Are confident, responsible, and solution-oriented Enjoy leading while working operationally yourself Can create structure and stay calm when the pace is high Are service and sales-focused Speak Swedish and English fluently Have a B-class driver's license Experience from hotel restaurants is advantageous but not required.
