Responsibilities As a SharePoint and Information Specialist, you will be a cohesive force between business needs, technical capabilities, and governing security frameworks. In the space between IT, operations, and management, you will ensure that the right information is in the right place – in a secure, efficient, and user-friendly manner. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager and operations leaders for end-user services and drive efforts to increase the organization's IT maturity. Your main responsibilities: Maintain and implement governing principles for information classification, retention, and compliance with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) regulations. Coordinate requirements and change initiatives with stakeholders in Data Governance, DPO, Cyber & Corporate Security, and external IT service providers. Plan and conduct training and user support for Microsoft 365 to increase adoption and create smarter ways of working. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 in larger organizations. Good understanding of Microsoft Purview, information management, classification, retention, and DLP. Experience developing and implementing governing principles for information management and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations such as GDPR and NIS2. Experience planning and conducting training as well as providing user support within Microsoft 365. Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have: Experience with alternative solutions to Microsoft 365. Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, PM3, or IT requirements management. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365.
