JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will teach adult students in Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and you will be part of a work team together with our other SFI teachers. The assignment may also include evening teaching and work in Study Corner. NOTE! The position is on-site at our learning center - not a remote position. • Teach Swedish for Immigrants • Teach basic digital literacy • Teach labor market knowledge • Other relevant work tasks are included in the position QUALIFICATIONS • You are a certified SFI teacher. • Possibility for a certified teacher in a subject other than SFI to supplement your existing teacher education with at least 30 higher education credits in the subject Swedish as a Second Language. • It is meritorious if you as an applicant have teacher certification for teaching in adult education. • You are familiar with digital tools both in teaching and for documentation, and you utilize digital aids in your pedagogical assignment. • You are expected to build relationships with both students and colleagues, and we expect that you are good at collaborating with others and have a positive view of students. • You have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work tasks, while contributing to a positive work climate by offering support to colleagues and being open to receiving help when needed. • We expect that you are flexible, have a high sense of responsibility, and are driven and engaged.
