The Labor Market Administration works to promote municipal growth by creating conditions for residents to have lifelong learning and be self-sufficient. We do this with a focus on skills supply and through coordinated operational services to companies where we work to meet complex societal challenges with innovative approaches. The administration consists of three departments: Labor Market, Quality and Coordination, and Campus Trelleborg, and has approximately 100 committed employees.

Job Responsibilities
We are primarily looking for a teacher for on-site SFI teaching (approximately 80%) combined with a coordination task (approximately 20%).
For this assignment, you need to be flexible, solution-focused and have the ability to see both wholes and long-term perspectives. You analyze consequences and identify opportunities for development. The role requires you to be highly structured, work with planning and follow-up, and be used to prioritizing even at a high pace. You meet deadlines and are a composed person.
You are attentive, humble and build good relationships characterized by trust and confidence. Through collaboration, curiosity and a student-focused approach, you find ways forward together with colleagues and other internal as well as external stakeholders. You dare to think new, try and reconsider working methods and translate your insights into action.
As a teacher, you have excellent collaboration skills, are responsible, punctual, multilingual and have good IT proficiency. You are confident in yourself, find direct communication easy, and can give and receive constructive feedback that you act on. You work based on the curriculum for increased goal achievement.
We work with a coaching approach focused on the individual needs and conditions of each student on the path to work or further studies.
Qualifications
You are a certified teacher with at least 30 credits in Swedish as a second language.
Your teaching meets adult students' different conditions and you have a good ability to support each student in their progress, as well as to collaborate with staff. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Other Information
The position is permanent. The operations are run mainly during the day, but occasional evening work during the week may occur if needed. Employment start: October 12, 2026 or by agreement.
