No. 90000039164) announces a competition for a groundskeeper position (permanent employment) We invite a colleague whose responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the territory in accordance with Riga City Council binding regulations and sanitary standards. Work location: primarily - Riga, Miera iela 58A Employment type: permanent Position: groundskeeper (1 full-time position) Salary: 780.00 EUR gross per month Main duties: Daily cleaning of the entire territory: courtyard and street section (pedestrian sidewalk) along Miera iela 58A up to 08:00. Emptying, cleaning, and replacing garbage bins. During summer - watering and weeding the garden as needed. During winter - snow removal and spreading of anti-slip materials. Lawn mowing as needed. Collection of fallen leaves. Arrangement of waste container removal according to the waste disposal schedule. Timely submission of requests for inventory and anti-slip material supplies. Requirements for candidates: basic education; physical fitness; state language proficiency at A level, level 2.
