Limited Liability Company "Daugavpils Housing and Municipal Services Enterprise", which provides quality, safe, and sustainable management of residential properties in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: GROUNDSKEEPER (profession code 9613 01), work location in the Central district, Daugavpils Main job responsibilities: · maintain the adjoining territories of residential buildings under management in sanitary condition in accordance with the working hours and procedures established in the company; · regularly sweep, maintain, and keep clean the adjoining territories, sidewalks, and paths of residential buildings; · ensure cleanliness and order of waste container areas; · clear snow from sidewalks, paths, and other adjoining territories during the winter period; · apply anti-slip materials to sidewalks and paths when necessary; · maintain lawns and other landscaped areas during the summer season; · promptly inform the responsible person about detected territory damage, disorderliness, or other issues that may endanger residents' safety; · carefully and responsibly use work tools, equipment, and materials; Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: · high sense of responsibility, willingness to work, and careful attitude toward assigned duties; · friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and colleagues; · good physical fitness and readiness to perform physical work in various weather conditions; · ability to work both independently and in a team; · previous work experience in territory maintenance will be considered an advantage; · ability to responsibly handle work tools and equipment; · state language proficiency level A1, confirmed by an appropriate document.
