Public (municipal) services provider in Olaine Municipality territory AS "Olaines ūdens un siltums", reg. no. 50003182001 invites to employment Groundskeeper (Jaunolaine) Job Responsibilities: Maintenance and upkeep of territories adjacent to managed properties; Cleaning of common areas in residential buildings according to the cleaning schedule; Maintaining territory order according to season; Requirements for Candidates: Knowledge of the state language; Understanding of groundskeeper job duties; Ability to perform physical work; Responsibility for work results. We Offer: Full-time employment for an indefinite period in Jaunolaine; Compensation – according to the territory maintained starting from 1030 - 1290 EUR per month; Six-day work week; Stability, responsive management, and social benefits; After the probation period ends – health insurance policy.
