Serving Staff for Åkerblads – Full-Time, World-Class Service Do you want to work in an exclusive hotel and restaurant environment and help create memorable experiences for our guests? We are now looking for dedicated serving staff on a full-time basis. The Company Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA is a family-owned business that has been in the family's hands since the 1400s. Today, the 19th-22nd generation of Åkerblad works with a strong team to offer guests an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the picturesque and well-renowned TÄLLBERG in Dalarna. For over 100 years, this location has been a destination for celebrities, royalty, and people seeking a moment of peace and harmony. Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA consists of 73 unique and individually decorated guest rooms as well as a Gästgiveri offering locally produced raw materials of high quality and standard for both weekend guests and conference guests. The hotel is currently classified with four stars and aims for continuous development where quality is one of the cornerstones. Our latest addition to the company is the Spa department, where we offer 3 therapy rooms, 1 duo treatment room, hydrotherapy pool, and a spa suite with its own hot tub and sauna. The Spa department's water experience welcomes guests with a completely new pool area with indoor and outdoor bathing year-round. The SPA concept also includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, relaxation areas, a product shop, and a pool bar. About the Role As part of our service team, you ensure that every guest receives a professional, warm, and personal experience. You work with everything from à la carte service to conference meals and lunch service. The role requires both precision, flexibility, and a passion for service. Responsibilities · Serving food and beverages in the Gästgiveri · Participating in service preparations (table setting, mise en place) · Providing professional recommendations for food and beverages · Ensuring high service standards and good hospitality · Collaboration with kitchen and other hotel staff · Contributing to order and quality in the dining room We Are Looking For You If You · Have experience in serving, preferably in a hotel or restaurant with high standards · Are service-oriented, positive, and responsible · Have good teamwork skills and are flexible · Enjoy working at a fast pace and are stress-resilient · Speak Swedish and English · Have experience with à la carte service.
