About Us Ponti is a bar and restaurant that opened in early March 2025 at Nytorget in Stockholm. Our kitchen is influenced by Italian cuisine, with inspiration from California's Italian-American restaurants. Seasonal ingredients and fine craftsmanship are at the center, together with a thoughtfully curated beverage selection. About the Position We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented server who wants to work with us at Nytorget. As a server, you are an important part of Ponti's overall experience and our face to our guests. You welcome and take care of our guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure that each guest receives a personal and professional treatment. For us, excellent hospitality is a natural part of the restaurant experience. That's why we're looking for someone who truly values a warm welcome, personalized service, and a genuine interest in food and drinks. For us, it's just as important how the guest is treated as what is served. Responsibilities Welcome, greet, and seat guests Take orders and serve food and drinks Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere Ensure the restaurant and your work area are kept clean and well-organized Communicate and collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service Handle cash and payments Address guest inquiries and any issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner Qualifications At least three years of experience working in restaurants and service is required You have a genuine interest in hospitality, service, food, and drinks You enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of personal and welcoming service You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm when things get busy You have strong communication skills You are positive, responsible, and unpretentious You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to good morale among colleagues What We Offer A dynamic, social, and inspiring work environment Opportunity to develop within restaurants, service, food, and drinks Training and development opportunities Collective agreement with individual salary setting Application Does Ponti sound like a place where you would thrive?
