We're looking for someone who loves people, pace, and energetic evenings. You're the person who greets guests, reads the table, keeps drinks flowing, recommends what to eat and drink, and maybe which game they should book next. You notice when a table wants peace and quiet — and when they want the evening to come alive. This isn't a job where you just "take orders." You're creating the evening. With us, you move between food, drinks, and experience. One moment you're serving tapas, the next you're getting a group started with darts or karaoke. If you can also mix simple cocktails, pour a perfect beer, or help out at the bar when needed, that's a big plus. The pace will be high. Evenings can run late. The music builds, tables fill up, and guests stay longer than they expected. You thrive in that — and you get better when there's a lot happening around you. How we reward it If you do a great job, it should show. Beyond your salary, we're introducing profit sharing linked to how the restaurant performs. Those who help build the evening should also feel the results. The role includes taking care of guests across the whole floor — food, drinks, and games creating atmosphere and making guests feel seen serving quickly, professionally, and warmly even when the pace is high keeping track of your tables, your section, and the overall room recommending food, drinks, games, and the evening's offerings to guests helping at the bar when needed, ideally with simple cocktails carrying the evening from the first guest to the last song We think you are social, quick, and warm comfortable with people and good at reading situations comfortable with high pace, music, energy, and late nights a team player who pitches in where needed curious about food, drinks, service, and experiences eager to help shape something new from the start Experience from restaurants, bars, or cafés is a plus, but the right person is what matters most. If you have bar experience or can mix simple cocktails, that's an extra bonus.
