Restaurant Service Staff - Part-Time with Opportunity for More Hours

Hotell Klövsjöfjäll is looking for you to join our team this fall with a good opportunity to continue through the winter and beyond. Right now we're primarily looking for reinforcement for our restaurant for evening service in our à la carte restaurant. We're looking for someone who is social, service-oriented, and flexible, and who enjoys meeting people in an environment where there's always something happening. Experience in serving is a merit, but not a requirement. What matters most to us is the right attitude, willingness to learn, and that you enjoy providing guests with great service. At our place, you work across multiple departments At Hotell Klövsjöfjäll, we work together across departmental boundaries. Even though you'll primarily be working in the restaurant, we'd love for you to be interested in learning more parts of the operation. For those of you who want to work more, there are therefore good opportunities for increased hours through work in, for example, reception, breakfast service, conferences, or other parts of the hotel. We're looking for someone who: is flexible and can help out where needed is social and enjoys meeting guests is service-oriented and takes responsibility enjoysworking in a team speaks and writes Swedish and English has experience in restaurants/serving – a merit, but not a requirement wants to learn and develop across multiple areas of hotel operations The position is part-time, approximately 50% as a starting point, with a good opportunity for increased hours if you're willing and able to work across multiple departments. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. We have some possibility of staff accommodations, but we prefer that you already have your own housing in Klövsjö or have the ability to commute.
