You can carry three plates, keep track of six tables, and mix an Espresso Martini without Googling it. Good. Then maybe we should talk. The Grand Social is opening at Drottninggatan 23 in Gävle – tapas, cocktails, darts, shuffleboard, karaoke, music, and late nights all under one roof. We're now looking for experienced servers with bar and cocktail experience. We don't want to train you from scratch. You should already know how restaurants work, understand the pace, and be confident with guests. Ideally, you have 4–5 years of experience from restaurants, bars, hotels, or similar. You don't need to be a mixology world champion, but you should be able to step behind the bar and make common cocktails without looking like someone just handed you a chemistry set. You should be able to Take care of your own tables and still see the rest of the room Serve food, wine, beer, cava, and cocktails Step behind the bar when needed Make classic cocktails at a good pace Talk to guests without sounding like you're reading a script Upsell without being pushy Stay calm when the printer starts spitting out receipts Help colleagues instead of saying "that's not my table" We believe you Have several years of real restaurant experience – preferably 4–5 years or more Have worked both as a server and behind the bar Know cocktails for real Like fast pace and busy crowds Are quick, social, and organized Can work evenings and weekends Understand that Friday night is not the right time to start wondering if you're actually a morning person What do you get?
