Duroc Machine Tool is now seeking a driven and committed service technician who enjoys independent and varied work at customer sites. We welcome your application! Tasks and Responsibilities: As a service technician with us, you will spend most of your working time on-site at our customers' locations. Your work will primarily consist of installing, performing preventive maintenance and emergency service on customers' CNC machines from DN Solution. You are the face of the company and take great responsibility for maintaining existing customers and ensuring that we are there as technical support and that our products work efficiently in customers' operations. You will work from your home and be part of our service team. Your colleagues are stationed throughout the country to help our customers on-site. Travel and overnight stays during work hours occur. Your main responsibilities: Installation of DN Solution CNC machines and related equipment Troubleshooting and technical support on-site at our customers Ensure the condition and perform preventive maintenance on DN Solution CNC machines at customer sites Report customer needs to the sales department Documentation and reporting of completed work As a service technician with us, you become part of a dynamic and exciting organization that offers a development journey tailored to your competence and experience. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Good Swedish and English in speech and writing Good computer skills (mainly Office suite) Experience in one or more of the following areas: Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrical, and troubleshooting CNC control systems: Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain Solution-oriented Orderly and structured B driving license and ability to travel and stay overnight during work.
