This position means you will work as a temporary hourly employee in Regionservice, which means you will support the various operations with your expertise in daily work. It is a role that offers great variety and change. 5 position(s). JOB DUTIES We offer hourly employment as the base. This means that the number of work hours per week can vary. As a service worker, your job duties may include the following: - The work consists mainly of service-related tasks within healthcare. You will work with meal handling in the department/clinic, such as being responsible for ordering meals, preparing meals, and unpacking food items. You will also perform facility maintenance tasks such as cleaning facilities and spaces, cleaning and maintaining patient and staff areas to create a pleasant environment and maintain good hygiene. - Materials supply. Work where healthcare's needs for textiles and supplies are ordered, unpacked, and delivered by us. Service orientation, communication, and cooperation with healthcare are of great importance in this work so they can focus on the patient. The work requires extensive computer knowledge with systems and programs. The work takes place in a hospital environment and you work side by side with nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and custodians. In your daily work, you also have contact with patients in the facilities. Since we operate Monday through Sunday, working hours may include weekend, evening, and night shifts. Work times can vary from as early as 6:00 AM. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have completed upper secondary education and/or experience within one of the occupational categories. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and wants to help create a good and pleasant healthcare environment for Scania's patients. Good treatment and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in service work. It is also important that you are responsible and thorough in your work. If you recognize yourself in this description, we will get along well! - For service worker positions, experience in facility maintenance, meals, service, or healthcare and care work is advantageous. - For positions in materials supply, computer skills and warehouse work are advantageous.
