This is a recruitment where Maxkompetens handles the recruitment process, but you will be employed by Wirtgen Sweden AB. You will be part of the service department in Nora, which is a team of 10 people.
Your Responsibilities
As a service technician with us, your work will focus on our Kleemann products, which are high-performance crushing and screening machines. In addition to this, you will provide service and repairs on our road pavers from John Deere, with the possibility of also working with John Deere wheel loaders over time.
Your responsibilities include:
* Planned service and maintenance of machines in the field.
* Troubleshooting and repair of machines, including work with advanced electrical and hydraulic systems.
* Ordering spare parts and technical documentation of service and repairs.
* Inspection and certification of machines, particularly before or after rental periods.
* Training customers in the operation and use of the machines.
* Building and developing long-term customer relationships through regular contact and support.
The work involves day trips primarily in central Sweden; trips with overnight stays occur. You will operate from your home or a nearby workshop with a fully equipped service vehicle.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is social and proactive with a solution-oriented approach. In addition to being a pleasant and helpful colleague, you should have:
* A strong interest in technology and machines, along with a desire to develop both professionally and personally.
* Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, preferably related to heavy machinery.
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and a valid driver's license (category B).
Experience with construction machinery, crushing, or similar is a plus, but your willingness to learn and develop is what matters most.
