Things are going well for Wirtgen and we now need more engaged Service Technicians. We are therefore seeking a service technician for Gothenburg/Western Sweden, where you will work from home and serve our customers in the field.
For our operations in Western Sweden, we are now looking for a service technician who wants to become part of an established and cohesive team. Here you'll enjoy the freedom of field work while always having colleagues nearby for support, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. You'll drive a fully equipped service vehicle and have great flexibility in your daily work, while always having a competent team and an engaged manager backing you up.
Your Responsibilities
As a service technician, you'll work on servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting our machines, with a focus on: Asphalt pavers from VÖGELE, milling machines from Wirtgen, and compactors from HAMM.
You will, among other things:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service machines at customer sites
• Handle warranty claims, upgrades, and commissioning
• Document completed work in app/computer
• Maintain daily customer contact and build long-term relationships
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You have:
• Experience working with construction machinery, industry, or similar fields
• Good technical understanding of, for example, electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems
• Alternatively, experience as a field/maintenance technician in another area
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• B-class driver's license
