The company works with building, maintaining, and operating various types of communication networks and operates in areas such as electricity, mobile, and fiber. The work encompasses everything from planning and construction to service, operation, and maintenance. Professionals Nord is recruiting a Service Technician on behalf of our client. This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for 12 months. The intention is that you may eventually be able to become directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will work independently and be responsible for planning your time in relation to schedules. Your main job responsibilities will consist of: Responsibility for ongoing maintenance of sites and ensuring functionality, security, availability, and sustainability Responsibility for ordering spare parts and maintaining function Contact with subcontractors for work on technical rooms/properties Service assignments in the form of home support to private customers Configuration and troubleshooting of equipment Time tracking and documentation in various reporting systems We are looking for you who Have completed upper secondary education with passing grades Have good computer skills as part of the role involves documentation in various systems Have a driver's license with at least category B, but preferably BE Communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing It is an advantage if you have training within technology, electrical, or fiber, and hold a chainsaw certificate We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role of Service Technician with our client. You are flexible and enjoy learning new things and therefore don't mind switching tasks throughout the day. You have a good ability to structure your work and drive your work forward independently. The work involves customer contact and therefore we appreciate that you are a team player with good collaboration skills and social competence.
