Service Technician and Installer at Roventum Sundsvall Are you service-oriented and interested in working with technical problem-solving in a varied environment? We are now seeking two new team members for our office in Sundsvall - a service technician and an installer. About the Company Roventum is active in the sale, service and repair of laundry room equipment, household appliances and heat pumps. Our customers are mainly private property owners, housing associations and municipal housing companies, but we also provide service to private individuals. Roventum operates from Sundsvall and is also established in Gävle, Östersund, Örnsköldsvik and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with approximately 500 employees, of which just over 30 are employed at Roventum. About the Position As a service technician, you will primarily work with service and repair of household appliances, heat pumps and laundry room equipment. The work also includes servicing equipment in commercial kitchens. As an installer, you will primarily work with the installation of household appliances, with the opportunity to learn certain types of service work. You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, performing the technical execution of the work and reporting any deficiencies in materials or workmanship. The job is independent and varied - you have considerable control over your daily schedule working with our customers and colleagues. Qualifications You have general technical knowledge and ideally some form of electrical training. As a person, we want you to be driven, engaged and have a positive attitude toward the task with a strong interest in technology. You are social and comfortable working in a service-oriented manner where customer needs are the focus. We place great importance on your personal qualities as we work as a team. We believe that you as an applicant are confident and have self-confidence in your interaction with new people. Additionally, you are open to change and adapt easily to new circumstances. You are structured in your work approach and drive your processes independently with a good ability to make your own decisions. A Class B driver's license is required.
