The work ranges from simple repairs to more advanced troubleshooting and repairs on various types of machinery, both in the workshop and at customer locations in the surrounding area. The role includes creating and following up on technical support cases as well as collaborating with colleagues, other departments, and facilities to ensure the best possible service. You contribute to good customer relationships through professional conduct. To develop in this role, you are expected to participate in relevant training according to your individual development plan. You also contribute to a positive team spirit, a well-functioning workshop, and good maintenance of tools and equipment. In addition, other work tasks may occur based on operational needs. Your Profile Requirements: - Automotive technical training. - A couple of years of relevant work experience in, for example, the automotive industry, agriculture, industry, or maritime. - Good knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and service technology. - Good computer skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - Good technical understanding. - Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-focused. - Analytical, thorough, and quality-conscious. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work results-oriented. Meritorious: - Specialization in machine technology in your education. - Studies at an agricultural or natural resources gymnasium with machine specialization. - Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations, particularly within the agricultural sector. - Knowledge of the service market or similar operations. - Experience with time reporting systems. The position requires that you have a Class B driver's license.
