About the role: In your role as a Service Technician at Bilbolaget, you'll be a key player in the service process and an important part of their workshop team. You'll work in a state-of-the-art workshop with modern equipment and technology. You're responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and quality control of various types of vehicles – primarily passenger cars but also light commercial vehicles and motorhomes. With your expertise, you'll play a crucial role in creating safe and satisfied customers who are happy to return to Bilbolaget in the future. Your responsibilities include: Performing thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on vehicles. Carrying out service and repair work according to work orders. Reviewing and approving work orders before invoicing. Performing quality checks and test drives to ensure quality. Keeping the workplace organized and contributing to order in shared areas. Building long-term customer relationships through professional and positive interactions with customers. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16. Flexible working hours may be possible in consultation with your direct manager. Your profile: To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you: Have relevant automotive technical education and documented experience as an automotive mechanic. Have a valid category B driver's license. Have a genuine passion for automotive technology and service. Are meticulous, organized, and quick to pick up new instructions. Have strong administrative and communication skills as well as good computer literacy.
