About the Role: As a Service Technician at Bilbolaget, you'll be a key player in the service process and an important part of their workshop team. You'll work in a state-of-the-art workshop with modern equipment and technology. You're responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and quality control of various types of vehicles – primarily passenger cars, but also light trucks and motorhomes. With your expertise, you'll play a crucial role in creating safe and satisfied customers who are happy to return to Bilbolaget. Your responsibilities will include: Performing thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on vehicles. Carrying out service and repair work according to work orders. Inspecting and approving work orders before invoicing. Follow-up inspections and test drives to ensure quality. Keeping the workplace organized and contributing to order in shared spaces. Building long-term customer relationships through professional and positive customer interactions. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16. Flexible working hours may be possible in consultation with your immediate supervisor. Your Profile: To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you: Have relevant automotive technical education and documented experience as an automotive mechanic. Have a valid class B driver's license. Have a passion for automotive technology and service. Are thorough, structured, and quick to pick up new instructions. Have strong administrative and communication skills as well as good computer skills.
