One product area is lubrication systems, and we are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our service to customers in northern Scania, southwestern Småland, and Halland.
Service Technician - Lubrication Systems | Southern Sweden
Would you like practical and independent technical work where you see the results of what you do at customer sites? As a service technician for lubrication systems at SKF, you work close to industry and contribute to more efficient and sustainable production.
About the Role
As a service technician, you are part of our service team and work with installation, service, and maintenance of lubrication systems at customers, primarily in the contracting industry.
You operate from your home with your own service vehicle. The work is primarily regional with travel in southern Sweden, but travel to other parts of Sweden also occurs.
You maintain frequent internal contact with colleagues in service, application engineers, and the sales organization.
In this role you will, among other things, work with:
Carrying out installation and service work at customer sites
Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Documentation and reporting of completed work
Long-term relationship building and identification of new business opportunities
The work is practical, varied, and independent, with significant personal responsibility.
We are Looking for You With
Requirements:
Experience as a service or installation technician
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English
Driver's license (category B) and ability to travel on business
Ability to plan and drive your work independently
Meritorious:
Experience with lubrication systems, lubrication, or hydraulics
Background from heavy industry
Experience with welding and/or pipe bending
Experience with customer deliveries
Experience with customer contact or sales
Good computer skills
