We are now looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Malmö with a focus on trailers and storage units!
About the Position
As a Service Technician specializing in trailers and storage units at Cramo, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' rental units meet the highest quality standards. You will work with functional testing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of trailers and storage units. This includes work with electrical systems, water systems, and chassis.
In this role, you will renovate and repair everything from windows, doors, and locks to kitchens, bathrooms, and interior fittings. When needed, you will also perform service and repairs at the customer's location on their work site. You will work with our entire rental range, which consists of storage units, modules, stairs, sewage pumps, containers, and trailers. You are responsible for documenting and following up on your service cases to ensure we maintain high quality and reliable delivery of our products.

Are You the Person We're Looking For?
Previous experience as a mechanic or other relevant skilled trade education.
Meritorious with experience working with motorhomes, service vehicles, or similar vehicles.
Class B driver's license.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and the ability to document work digitally.
We would like you to have experience with practical work focused on providing service, but most importantly, you enjoy delivering good service, are practically minded, curious, and have a willingness to learn new things.
You take responsibility and deliver high quality in your work. We want our customers to speak of you as someone they trust and who will handle all situations, even stressful ones, with confidence and a desire to satisfy the customer. When problems arise, you need to take action, communicate, seek information, and support in finding a solution. This creates satisfied and returning customers.
Product training will be provided by us upon employment.
