About the Role
As a service technician with us, you have a broad and independent role within building automation. You work with service, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing installations, while also driving modernization and smaller projects for our customers. The role combines technology and business – you identify improvement opportunities, develop technical solutions, calculate smaller control projects, and are involved throughout the process from idea to implementation. You thrive in dialogue with customers and are motivated by developing both installations and business, especially within control, ventilation, and energy.
Responsibilities
Service, troubleshooting, and upgrades of control and regulation systems
Installation, programming, and commissioning of automation solutions
Develop technical proposals and drive and execute smaller control projects
Identify and develop upselling within modernization and energy optimization
Participate in contract service, emergency response, and ongoing customer support within control, ventilation, heating, and cooling
We have offices in both Sollentuna and Älvsjö and would prefer that you are based on the north side of Stockholm, but there is also the possibility of having Älvsjö as your base.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, solution-oriented, and thrives in a customer-facing role. You find it easy to work independently and like taking responsibility from start to finish.
We're looking for you who have:
Technical education, preferably with a focus on electrical, automation, or similar
At least 5 years of experience as a control and regulation technician
Experience driving modernization projects within control, regulation, and ventilation
Experience working independently and in direct contact with customers
Experience independently handling troubleshooting and remedial measures
Good knowledge of building automation
Good understanding of building technical systems and all technical disciplines
Ability to read and interpret drawings and create various types of reports
B-class driver's license
