This position is a consulting assignment through Futuria People where you will be employed by us but work on-site at the customer's workshop in Ölme. The assignment is initially 6 months with good opportunities for permanent recruitment, meaning the customer intends to hire you directly if the collaboration works well. About the Position As Site Responsible Field Service Technician at Jaco Maskinservice, you will work primarily in the workshop but also in the field when needed. You work as a technician at your core but also take on greater responsibility in the daily operations of the workshop. Your work tasks include: Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing primarily forest machinery & agricultural equipment. Co-planning & prioritizing work in the workshop together with the team Supporting colleagues on technical matters Ensuring quality and efficiency in your work Providing customer contact when needed Working both in the workshop and in the field We're Looking for You If You • Have experience as a mechanic for forest or agricultural machinery • Have good technical understanding and troubleshooting experience • Have experience taking responsibility in daily workshop operations • Have the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics • Have good computer skills • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English • Hold a valid B driver's license Bonus Points • Experience with construction machinery • Experience operating harvesters or forwarders • Technical education in a relevant field What We Offer A role with more responsibility without leaving the technical work Short decision-making paths and close collaboration High technical expertise in the team Variety between workshop and field Other Information Start: By agreement Duration: Full-time Location: Ölme (between Karlstad and Kristinehamn) The assignment is initially 6 months with good opportunities for permanent recruitment, meaning the customer intends to hire you directly if the collaboration works well.
