Travel within the region is a natural part of the position. Your role - more than just technology! As a service technician, you are an important part of our mission: to create security through innovative solutions. You work with advanced security technology solutions (access control systems, burglar alarms, camera surveillance, and integrated security systems), meet customers, and build relationships – all with great freedom and responsibility. You work with: Service and maintenance of our security installations. Troubleshooting, expansions, and software updates. Close contact with customers in different environments – from offices to critical infrastructure. Is this you? You have upper secondary or vocational education, preferably in electrical, telecommunications, or IT. Experience working in a similar role in technology/electrical/service, preferably from the security industry. You have basic knowledge of electrical/low-voltage systems and networks. You speak Swedish and English and hold a category B driver's license. You are curious about technology and enjoy learning new things. (At our company, technology development moves fast and is oriented toward IT). Previous experience with security solutions, installation, or service is a plus – but not a requirement.
