Service Technician for Workshop We are now seeking a skilled and organized service technician for our workshop in Stockholm. With us, you will work with inspection cameras and pipe inspection systems – equipment that requires both technical precision and logical thinking. The role is a unique combination of practical problem-solving, advanced electronics/mechanics, and customer interaction. You are responsible for the entire process: from receiving a service request to delivering a fully functioning solution to the customer. Responsibilities customer and goods reception register and manage service requests from start to finish unpack, register, pack, and ship packages and pallets create orders, quotes, invoices, and delivery notes handle service requests in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar) search for information in manuals, databases, and supplier documentation contact with suppliers for technical support and spare parts troubleshooting, repair, and service of technical equipment technical support to customers plan and report your own work participate in projects and collaborate in teams service and field work at customer locations when needed We are looking for you who has good technical understanding can work independently and take responsibility for projects are organized and can plan your work enjoy customer contact via phone and email can collaborate in teams Competencies good computer skills (Office, web browser, email, etc.) experience with CRM systems and business systems is a merit experience with technical service or repair is a merit technical education or equivalent experience Requirements Driver's License Category B Swedish and English fluently, spoken and written Merits Driver's License Category C technical or engineering education About the Role The position involves varied work where you combine practical technology with administration and customer interaction.
