Service Technician – Gothenburg
Pirtek Sweden AB specializes in mobile hydraulic hose manufacturing on-site. We serve our customers in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Borås, Malmö, Helsingborg, Linköping, and Norrköping and surrounding areas, and since 2008 we have completed more than 100,000 assignments.
We are in an expansion phase and need to expand our team of technicians in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset, who can take on great responsibility and loves to tinker and work with mechanical tasks.

Slangakuten – powered by Pirtek (formerly Pirtek Sweden AB) is part of Pirtek Europe, which operates in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, England, Scotland, and Ireland – together we have over 800 hose trucks and 200 centers across Europe. Pirtek as a whole is today the world's largest hose truck company. In Sweden, we are approximately 30 people spread across Stockholm, Gothenburg, Östergötland, and Skåne.

About the Service Technician Role
As a service technician with us, you will work with a strong operational focus and participate in the daily work of mobile hydraulic hose manufacturing. A key focus in the service technician role is to exceed customer expectations every time with well-executed work where communication is essential.
The employment form for this role is a fixed-term employment contract on probation.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture and replace hydraulic hoses on various vehicles, objects, and facilities.
Perform preventive work at customer sites to minimize the risk of downtime.
Conduct customer service activities (customer visits) independently and/or together with your colleagues.
On-call duties, which means you as a service technician will be part of a rotating on-call schedule every day of the year.
Responsibility for your service truck – it is your own workplace.

Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written – this is important due to the nature of the work, daily customer contact, and reading and understanding instructions.
It is an advantage if you have:
Previous experience with hydraulics and similar work.
