Travel within the Mälardalen region is a natural part of the position. Your Role – More Than Just Technology! As a service technician, you're a vital part of our mission: creating security through innovative solutions. You work with advanced fire safety solutions, meet with customers, and build relationships – all with great freedom and responsibility. With us, you combine hands-on work at installations with modern technology – a perfect role if you enjoy troubleshooting, installation, and solving problems on-site at customer locations. You'll work with: Service and maintenance of our security systems. Troubleshooting, expansions, and software updates. Close customer contact in various environments – from offices to critical infrastructure. Is This You? You have experience working in a similar role as an electrician, installer, service technician, or security technician and are ready for the next step in your career. If you have basic electrical knowledge, you'll learn quickly with us. Experience with fire safety solutions is a merit, but not required. Core Competencies: Upper secondary education/vocational training, preferably in electrical or technical fields Very good knowledge of Swedish and English and a valid driver's license (Category B).
