About the role We are now looking for a Service Technician / Inside Sales Representative for our Project Depot Datacenter in Gävle. In your role as a service technician, you will load and unload machinery, receive returns and perform damage inspections, clean and test machine functionality, and perform simple repairs. You will work with our entire rental range consisting of construction machinery, lifts, and plant equipment. When working with machinery rental and sales, you will follow up on ongoing rentals, receive orders, book and coordinate transports. You like to take charge of situations with the customer, where your goal is to create value and meet a need or solve a problem, even in situations that can become a bit more stressful. You take responsibility and act proactively, for example by suggesting other solutions that are better for the customer, and understand that this contributes to customer satisfaction. Your good organization and attention to detail also help ensure that the customer feels you have exceeded their expectations. We do not expect you to have knowledge of our products, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop with us. It's a merit if you have a forklift license.
