We are now looking for a Service Technician / Inside Sales Representative for our depot in Järfälla. In this role, you will primarily work with returns handling of our products, while also supporting equipment rentals and sales of Cramo's product range in the shop when needed. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy taking responsibility, have an administrative mindset, and thrive in a varied work environment.
About the Position
As a service technician, you will load and unload machines, receive returns and conduct damage inspections, clean and test machine functions, and perform basic repairs. You will work with our entire rental inventory consisting of construction machinery, lifts, and construction equipment. When working with equipment rentals and sales, you will follow up on ongoing rentals, receive orders, book and coordinate transports. Based on customer needs, you will provide service, advice, and information about Cramo's products.

B-class driver's license
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
We would like you to have experience with service-related and/or technical work, but the most important thing is that you have a desire to deliver fantastic service and an interest in technology. You like to take charge of the situation with the customer, where your goal is to create value and meet a need or solve a problem, even in situations that may become a bit stressful. You take responsibility and act proactively, for example by suggesting alternative solutions that are better for the customer, and you understand that this contributes to customer satisfaction. Your good organizational skills and attention to detail also help ensure that the customer feels you have exceeded their expectations.
We do not expect you to have knowledge of our products, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop with us. It is a merit if you hold a forklift certification.
