Service Technician at LetMeRepair Nordic in Uppsala Do you want to work with technology, well-known brands and products that people use every day? LetMeRepair is a leading European provider of aftermarket services for the electronics industry. We work with customer service, repairs and returns handling for several market-leading brands. LetMeRepair Nordic is based in Uppsala and is responsible for service and aftermarket support for well-known home electronics brands in the Nordic market. We are now in an exciting development phase and are looking for a driven and solution-oriented service technician who wants to help further develop our operations in Uppsala. About the role As a service technician, you will be an important part of our team and work with troubleshooting, repair and quality assurance of modern consumer electronics. You will work with, among other things, robot vacuum cleaners, electric scooters, robot lawn mowers and other advanced home electronics from well-known brands. Products and technology are constantly evolving, which gives you the opportunity to continuously learn new things and build on your technical skills. Your main tasks will include: Troubleshooting and diagnostics Repair and component replacement Assembly and disassembly of electronics and mechanics Functional testing and final testing Documentation of completed work Working together with the team to find efficient solutions and ensure high quality This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, solving problems and seeing the results of your work. Who are you? We believe that you have a few years of work experience and are used to taking responsibility for your tasks. You don't need to have worked as a service technician before – what's most important is that you have a genuine interest in technology, are practically minded and have a strong desire to learn. Curious about technology – you enjoy learning how new products and technical solutions work. You are comfortable using hand tools and screwdrivers and ideally have an interest in electronics, mechanics or other technology. You also need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
