Field Service Technician - Installation & Service of Service Robots

ROBIQ is looking for a positive and friendly person who wants to work with installation, service, support, and development of robot solutions in real-world environments. ROBIQ works with robot solutions for businesses – including cleaning robots and serving robots for shops, hotels, facilities, industries, and other large environments. This is a practical and independent role where you primarily work with installation, service, and technical support of robots at customer sites. You'll be an important part of making the technology work in the real world. About the Role As a service technician at ROBIQ, you are responsible for ensuring that robots are installed, functioning, and being used correctly at the customer's location. You work both practically on-site and digitally through the robots' apps and administration systems. A significant portion of your work time is spent at our customers' locations. The company is growing and you will be an important piece of the puzzle in continued development. Work Tasks In this role, you will, among other things: Install robots at customer sites Demonstrate robots to potential customers Map out facilities and configure robot navigation Test and optimize robot workflows Train customer staff in use and maintenance Provide technical support via phone, video, and remote connection Troubleshoot robot systems and apps Perform service and minor repairs Replace worn parts and components Follow up on installations and ensure robots are functioning optimally You will also provide technical advice on which robot solution fits different types of environments. Work Area The work involves travel to customers throughout Sweden. Most assignments are day trips, but overnight stays may occur for longer projects. You are expected to be at the office in Västervik one or a few times per week, by agreement. A valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement. Your Background We are looking for someone with technical interest and experience in practical technical work. You may, for example, have worked as: Service technician Field technician Installation technician Machine technician Technical support technician Most importantly, you are technically curious and enjoy understanding how machines and systems work.
