We are represented throughout Sweden, and we are now seeking an additional service technician for our region around Fagersta. You will work with the lifting industry's leading brands and become part of our strong team at Dematek. About You: You will be offered a position where you manage your workdays and organize your work independently at our customers' sites. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as spreader beams, chain hoists, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We would like you to be an open person who enjoys extensive customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. To support you in your work, you will have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many people to call when you need help. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: A strong interest in technology Previous experience working as a service technician Experience with common administrative systems B-class driver's license Basic knowledge of English Swedish citizenship, as certain work requires security-cleared background assessment It is a merit if you have electrical knowledge and can do PLC programming. The willingness to learn is valued more than having the exact education and background. Please explain why you are the right fit for Dematek! The work is sometimes physically demanding, and since it sometimes takes place at great heights, you must be able to obtain a valid fitness certificate for climbing at significant height differences. Work underground also occurs. We would like you to have a strong interest in technology, be thorough, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish. Other Information: We believe you live around Fagersta and you will work from home with the opportunity to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Many of our customers have security clearance requirements. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean background history and a stable and good financial background. Some customers may also conduct alcohol and drug testing as part of their security procedures.
