Helios Innovations is a growing company that manufactures modular water treatment systems for industrial process water. We are in an expansion phase and are seeking an initiative-taking and self-driven person who can be responsible for operating and servicing our systems.
About the role:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible, together with the rest of the Service team, for operation and service/repairs of our units. No two workdays are alike, and we are looking for someone who views flexibility positively. You need to be initiative-taking and problem-solving, with a willingness to shape processes and find solutions based on previous experience, as the company is still in its startup phase. We are looking for a person with a process engineering background to easily troubleshoot and solve problems at the customer's site. There is great potential for development for the right person, and we are a small team where everyone's opinions are heard.
Work tasks in brief
Troubleshooting and performing service and repairs of our installed systems at customer locations.
Direct contact with customers for scheduling service.
Coordinating subcontractors for service.
Telephone support.
In some cases, installation of systems at customer locations together with project managers and contractors.
In some cases, commissioning of systems at customer locations together with project managers and contractors.
Qualifications
Experience in service/assembly within industry or other relevant field.
Process engineering competence/understanding.
Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
Fluent Swedish and good English skills.
B-driver's license for manual transmission.
Open to business travel a couple of days per week.
Meritorious
Experience in electrical work is a major plus.
Experience in plumbing, construction.
Experience in water treatment.
Experience in the waste management industry.
Experience reading and understanding information from logged trends.
