In your role as Field Service Technician at Kiesel Scandinavia AB, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of machines in the scrap, recycling, and demolition industries. We see that you live in Stockholm since most of Kiesel's customers are located there, but travel throughout the country does occur.
Your main responsibilities:
· Perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of material handling machines at customer sites.
· Plan and execute service assignments independently with high quality and efficiency.
· Build and develop long-term customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented work.
· Document completed work and support customers with technical advice.
For success in this role, we believe you have:
· Several years of experience working with heavy machinery, construction equipment, trucks, or other vehicles.
· Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanics.
· Strong command of Swedish and English.
· A valid B-class driver's license and experience working directly with customers.
· Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own planning.
Desirable qualifications:
· Experience with material handling machines or the recycling industry.
· Knowledge of welding.
· Experience with engine repairs and advanced troubleshooting.
