You work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and help ensure that our customers receive the high quality and service that Hemfrid stands for. You will, among other things: Perform move-in and deep cleaning Work with window cleaning Cover for colleagues' absences Conduct quality control checks Introduce and support new employees when needed Handle key management when needed You simply become an important person when we need extra experience, flexibility, and quality in the field. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in home cleaning or similar service work who feels confident in your professional role.
