As we need more staff, we are looking for you or your team – someone who is flexible, takes responsibility, and wants to develop professionally. Östanskär is a hotel and conference facility 25km outside Sundsvall, located along the Indalsälven river with forest and nature surrounding the facility, which is an integral part of our identity. We primarily conduct conference activities, but also host Christmas buffets, private groups, weddings, etc. We are looking for you to become part of our restaurant team. You have experience in serving, can work days and weekends as needed, as well as evenings. With us, you have the opportunity to develop and actively help create your role. We are a relatively small work team where everyone should be able to do everything. Meeting and serving guests with a service mindset, being meticulous about schedules, seeing the bigger picture of the operation, and wanting to be part of developing it are essential. Serving, conference coordination, and cleaning are the primary tasks. If you are interested in this, send us an email and describe why you would be a good fit for this position.
