Job Description We are now looking for a service advisor for an upcoming position in Stockholm. Are you someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers visiting the workshop and has experience from the automotive industry? Then you might be the person we're looking for! As a service advisor, you will welcome customers to the facility and be responsible for a range of administrative and customer-related tasks. You will handle invoicing, schedule customers for workshop appointments, answer phones, and manage emails. The role also involves planning work for the mechanics, processing payments, and placing orders. Great emphasis is placed on providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong service focus and a natural ability to keep different parts of the operation running smoothly. You are solution-oriented and enjoy working with people. It is a plus if you have experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry, for example at a workshop or for a dealer. We also see that you are comfortable working with various systems and computers, and that you speak and write Swedish and English well.
