About the role As a service advisor at Niemi Bil in Umeå, you'll work closely with customers, technicians, and our sales facilities. We work with cars we purchase and sell from our various locations throughout the country. You help customers book the right service, follow up on work, handle administration, and ensure every customer receives safe, clear, and professional treatment. You'll also have an important role in planning, structure, and workflow in the workshop. This means you need to juggle multiple things at once, prioritize correctly, and contribute to providing the best possible conditions for both customers and colleagues. We're looking for someone who wants to build something long-term. The Umeå workshop has significant development potential, and the right person will have the opportunity to influence work methods, routines, and customer experience going forward. Who are you? We believe you have experience from the automotive industry, ideally as a service advisor, customer service representative, or in a similar role close to the workshop and customers. You're confident in customer dialogue, even when the pace is high or the situation requires extra clarity and calm. As a person, you're responsible, solution-oriented, and thorough. You have energy, drive, and a desire to constantly improve things. You appreciate order and structure, but also have the ability to quickly adapt when the day changes. You thrive in a smaller organization where you can make an impact, contribute ideas, and be an important part of the team. We'd like to see that you recognize yourself in the following: Experience from the automotive industry, preferably from a workshop environment Confident and professional in customer contact Experienced at planning, prioritizing, and managing many tasks simultaneously Responsible and self-driven Solution-oriented, thorough, and communicative Driven to create great customer experiences and efficient workflows Wants to help develop the business forward Qualifications Valid B-class driver's license Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience within the automotive industry is requested.
