As a service advisor, you are the hub of the workshop's daily operations. Your main responsibilities are: • Customer reception at the desk and by phone, as well as drop-off and pickup at our tire storage facility • Scheduling work through our channels (MECA and others) • Work orders, quotes and invoicing in our workshop system PBS (training included) • Ordering spare parts from our suppliers (Mekonomen, DBS, Mechanum and others) • Resource planning – right job for the right technician and lift, day by day • Damage claims and estimates in Cabas • The workshop's digital face: responding to Google reviews and simple social media posts • Daily operations responsibility: you open and close the workshop, manage the cash register and end-of-day closing, and keep the day running smoothly together with our technical supervisor when the owner is not on site The role has a clear development path – for the right person, the position can grow into a leadership role with P&L responsibility. Start autumn 2026. You should: • Have experience in customer reception, service or administration – preferably from the automotive industry • Be comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems • Speak fluent Swedish and have good English • Be organized, service-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks • Enjoy taking responsibility and making your own decisions in daily work • Have at least a B-class driver's license (you'll be moving customer vehicles) Merits • Experience with workshop systems (e.g. PBS/ProMeister) or point-of-sale systems • Experience with spare parts ordering and supplier contacts (Mekonomen, DBS, Mechanum or similar) • Experience with Cabas and damage claims • Experience with invoicing, quote preparation or accounting administration • Experience with resource planning or work distribution in a workshop • Basic technical understanding of vehicles • Experience with tire storage facilities or booking systems • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, social media and AI support in work The position is full-time, permanent, and a probationary period applies.
